    The SIA Door Supervisor Refresher Course is not just another training. It is now a mandatory requirement for renewing your SIA Door Supervisor licence. This training was previously known as SIA Top-Up training.

    From April 2025, anyone wishing to continue working legally in the private security industry must complete this updated 2-day refresher course. It make sure you are up to date with the latest regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols. When your licence is update it keeps you and the public safe.

    • Hold a valid or recently expired SIA Door Supervisor Licence

    • Must bring a passport size photograph.

    • Have completed Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) training within the last 12 months (or book it with us as an add-on)

    • Be able to understand and communicate effectively in English (Level 1 English or equivalent)

    • Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) Exams
      Covering updated regulations, safety, and terrorism awareness

    • Practical Assessments

    ACT Certificate

    The ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) Certificate is a key requirement for renewing your SIA Door Supervisor licence.
