    You will learn how to stay calm, assess what is happening, and give the right care until professional help arrives. The course follows UK workplace health and safety laws and gives you a recognised First Aid at Work Level 3 certificate. This certificate will valid for 3 years.

    • How to treat bleeding, burns, choking, and someone in shock

    • How to record and report what happened in line with workplace rules

    • Be able to provide first aid to an unresponsive casualty.
    • Be able to provide first aid to a casualty who is choking.

    • Know how to provide first aid to
      a casualty with minor injuries.

    Entry Requirement

    To enrol in emergency first aid course, you must:

    • Learners must be a minimum of least 16 years of age.

    • Provide photographic ID (passport or driving licence) and proof of Identification.

    • Be able to understand and communicate effectively in English (Level 1 English or equivalent)

    Assessment Procedure

    The emergency first aid training assessment is straightforward and supportive.

    • You’ll show your trainer the skills you’ve learned during the practical parts.
    • You’ll complete a short, simple question paper at the end.

    Once you pass, you’ll get your Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work certificate, usually on the same day or shortly after.
